We blend full-spectrum doula support with accessible wellness practices like movement, breathwork, and mindfulness—because your mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing matters just as much as your birth plan.
Services we offer
The Birth Well Doula Package offers continuous emotional, physical, and informational care before, during, and just after birth. Whether you're planning a hospital, home, or birth center delivery, we provide grounded, personalized support. All clients receive prenatal, postpartum, and labor support, as well as wellness sessions including: yoga, breathwork, and meditation.
The Heal Well Package is for people navigating abortion or miscarriage. This package offers a grounded, holistic approach to pregnancy release. Whether you’re navigating a clinical abortion, self-managed process, or experiencing a miscarriage, our care is compassionate, confidential, and tailored to your needs.
Support sessions include decision-making counseling, in-person or virtual companionship, and post-abortion check-ins. Wellness sessions offer gentle movement, breathwork, and meditation to help you feel held, restored, and reconnected throughout your journey.
The Restore Well Package is designed to support your body and spirit through pregnancy and beyond. With a focus on yoga, movement, and breathwork these sessions create space for grounding, strength, and rest in every stage. Whether you’re preparing for birth, navigating postpartum recovery, or simply seeking balance, our wellness care helps you feel connected, centered, and deeply well.

Birthwell Collective provides full-spectrum doula care and wellness support—centering mothers and parents through every stage of the reproductive journey, including birth, abortion, miscarriage, and postpartum, with love, intention, and a commitment to reproductive justice.
We are committed to guiding parents through a racial justice lens rooted in reproductive justice and birth justice.
Pricing and Financing
Insurance
We accept Kaiser Permanente Northern California Health Plans and Alameda Alliance Health Plans.
Birthwell Collective is a Medi-Cal approved provider and will work with any clients with Medi-Cal insurance upon health plan approval.
Out of Pocket Payments
All plans are paid in installments. If cost may be a barrier for you please book a consultation, we would love to meet with you. We do not believe that finances should be a barrier to quality care.
